Does this product really work?

Will frequent use of this product condition the glass and prevent further build-up?
Yes. Using this product frequently may assist in diminishing the amount of soot and creosote allowed to adhere to the glass. It also helps to clean the glass more easily because the deposits have not been allowed to bake on. The more baked-on the deposits are, the more difficult they will be to remove.
My fireplace glass has very baked on creosote. Will your product work?
Absolutely! We have had customers tell us that their glass hadn’t been cleaned in years. With our product, they were able to achieve clear glass again. In the case of very heavy creosote deposits, you may require two or more applications and a slightly longer wait time before wiping off.
